Hey hey guys! It's been awhile since I blogged! Feels good to be back. I recently had the opportunity to work with a pretty cool company! Smile Brilliant offers an at home teeth whitening kit and makes it super EASY to use. They have step by step instructions and are also available if you have any questions along the way. I've been using the kit and am here to tell you about my findings!
Here are completely unedited photos of my 'before' teeth:
They reached out to me and sent me the kit. The first step is to make impressions of your teeth so that they can create a personalized whitening tray just for your mouth. You mail back your impressions and they mail you the trays that you will then use for whitening. Below are my impressions and me during the making of the impressions, lol!
I got the trays back in the mail and the whitening formula comes in a syringe that you put into the tray and then put in your mouth for at least 45 minutes (up to 3 hours).
The best part was that it was comfortable enough so that I could do other things while whitening! I've used Whitening Strips in the past and don't have many complaints about them aside from the comfort level. I felt that wearing this tray that was custom-fitted and made for my teeth was way more comfortable than the strips. The strips always feel like they're moving around. So while I was comfortably whitening my teeth, I was able to do things around the house. I am a self proclaimed plant lady and when I'm hanging out at home, I like to care for my plants. This was definitely something I could do while whitening. I was also able to do other household chores and even scroll Instagram a little!
And after a few weeks of whitening, here are my 'after' teeth!
